Hi, I’m Esther — the face behind EstherFit.
I’ve loved movement for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been training consistently in the gym for the past seven years. In March 2025, I qualified as a personal trainer and have since gained my pre- and post-natal qualification so I can support clients through every stage of life.
In 2022, I was diagnosed with psoriasis, which deeply affected my confidence. But the gym remained my safe space — the one place I felt strong and truly myself. That experience shaped the way I coach today.
I believe fitness should feel empowering, build confidence as well as strength, support your lifestyle, and be something you enjoy.
